Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 2000/2001

Spotted in Seville a couple of weeks ago, the Lamborghini Diablo VT 6.0 in what seems to be Arancia Atlas orange paint. What a car! The 6.0 V12 engine produces 550bhp. 0-62 takes 3.9 seconds and up to a top speed of 205mph or 330km/h. That's pretty good for a 20 year-old car!

An acid green Lamborghini Aventador with matte black accents on Deansgate Manchester today. The Lambo has a 6.5 V12 engine developing 700bhp. 0 to 62mph is reached in only 2.9 seconds and the top speed of the beautiful Italian is 217mph or 349km/h.

Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio 2016

Second Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio on the blog. Unlike the previous one I saw at the dealership, I spotted this one at the Trafford Centre. I love the colour combination as well! As a reminder from my last post on this car, the Avio serie is limited to only 250 cars and is inspired by fighter jets. The Huracan has a 5.2 V10 which produces 602bhp. 0-62 takes 3.2 seconds and the top speed is 201mph or 323km/h.

A bit of a limited edition today with this Lamborghini Huracan Avio presented in Blu Grifo. I obviously did not spot it on the street but at the brand new Lamborghini dealership in Manchester. The Avio serie is limited to only 250 cars and is inspired by fighter jets. The Huracan has a 5.2 V10 which produces 602bhp. 0-62 takes 3.2 seconds and the top speed is 201mph or 323km/h. The Avio Huracan is available in 5 different liveries and having seen a few others, they all look pretty good!

Lamborghini Gallardo 2009

After the Aventador SV of a few posts ago, another Lambo today with this great looking Gallardo fully blacked out and with the extra spoiler at the back. I spotted it at the same place (Deansgate, Manchester) and on the same day as the SV previously mentioned. The Gallardo has a 5.2l V10, with 560bhp, a top speed of 202mph (325km/h) and a 0 to 62 in 3.7 seconds.

Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster 2016

Nearly at 60,000 views and to celebrate, I thought I needed a special car. Thankfully, I came across the perfect one at the weekend whilst walking alongside Deansgate in Manchester, and this special car is the Lamborghini Aventador SuperVeloce Roadster. Looking at the stickers, it looks like it took part in one of the Cannonball rallies. The SV is a hardcore version of the standard Aventador. It has the 6.5 V12 which produces 740bhp! The performances of the car are absolutely ludicrous: 0-62 in only 2.9 seconds (with the 0-124 in 8.8 seconds) and a top speed of 217mph or 350km/h!!! The SV is easily recognisable thanks to its very aggressive look achieved through the extensive use of carbon fiber (from air vents to the massive rear spoiler to the bumpers) What a beast of a car!

Gumball 3000 Dublin to Bucharest - Manchester Etihad 2016

Today, I have a bit of a different post. This week is the 2016 Gumball 3000 from Dublin to Bucharest and it so happened that the rally was stopping in Manchester on Monday, on their way from Edinburgh to London. The line-up is pretty good with some rare cars, from a RUF CTR3 to a Porsche 918, to a couple of Ferrari F12 Tdf, to Lamborghini Aventadors, SLS, Mclarens, Brabus, 458... And despite the rain, I was there to take a few pictures and videos, which I edited into a video and uploaded onto Youtube, so feel free to check it out by clicking on the link below:

Another picture from my Paris trip, this time of a Lamborghini Gallardo on the Faubourg St Honoré, a famous Parisian street which harbours many a luxury shop. I could not spot the specific model of Gallardo but it looks like LP 560-4 (5.2l V10, 560bhp, top speed of 202mph (325km/h) and 0 to 62 in 3.7 seconds)

Today a Lamborghini Aventador spotted along the Jardin des Tuileries in Paris. The Aventador is the lastest "big Lambo" with a 6.5 V12 engine developing 700bhp. 0 to 62mph is reached in only 2.9 seconds and the top speed of the beautiful Italian is 217mph or 349km/h. Spray it black and I reckon you end up with a brand new "Batmobile"!

Today we are inside a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder at the HR Owen Lamborghini dealership in Stockport. I'm not really keen on the steering wheel, looks plastic to me...

After the Aston Vanquish yesterday, today, we are on-board the new Lamborghini: the  £290,000 Aventador. Only one picture and it is blurry, but at least you have an idea of how much suede is used to cover the steering wheel!!!

Lamborghini Espada

 

 

Next in line from the Classic car show, this Lamborghini Espada from 1975. The Espada was produced between 1968 and 1978. The car was first introduced with a 4.0l V12 developing 325bhp and was upgraded to 350bhp in 1970. So this particular one should have the 350bhp V12 engine. The Espada is a 4-seater grand tourer and was the most popular Lamborghini at the time. As far as its performance is concerned, the Espada was capable of 152mph (245km/h) reaching 62 from 0 in 5.9 seconds.

Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 Grey

 

We had it in white a few posts ago, now here it is in grey with yellow brake callipers! (it isn't the same car before and after a re-spray, they are two different cars!!! ;-) ) Of course it is another +Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4. I spotted this one outside the Jolly Thresher pub in Lymm a few months ago. I love the contrast of the grey paint and the yellow callipers.

Performance hasn't moved since the last post:

5.2l V10, 560bhp, top speed of 202mph (325km/h) and 0 to 62 in 3.7 seconds.

Third post following my trip to Alderley Edge, this beautiful +Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4 (I don't know if you agree, but I think it is time for Lamborghini to hire a new name designer for their cars!).

This one came to me as I was about to get back into my car to go home, so I waited for the owner to park it and then walk away, to move closer and take a few pics!

5.2l V10 with, as you might have guessed form part of its name, 560bhp. The top speed is 202mph (325km/h) and 0 to 62 is covered in only 3.7 seconds. The sound produced by the V10 is fantastic, just a shame I didn't manage to record it!

 

 

Lamborghini Murcielago

Here is something much more exotic and much rarer than the BMW M3, spotted last year on the John Lewis Cheadle car park, the +Lamborghini Murcielago. It is one of the rare Murceliago I have ever seen. Don't be fooled by the pictures, it is much bigger that it looks! Its 580bhp V12 engine takes the Murcielago from 0 to 62 in just 3.8 seconds with a top speed of 205mph (330km/h) Impressive!

Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder V10

Again, the Trafford Centre seems to be hosting some Dream Cars. Here, a +Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. The colour scheme for this particular model is rather understated compared to some more flashy Lambos (orange, bright yellow or acid green). As far as performance is concerned, we have a 5.0l V10 engine developing 520bhp, for a top speed of 193mph (310km/h). 0-62 is done in 4.3 second. Not bad for a 7 year old car!
