Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio 2016

Second Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio on the blog. Unlike the previous one I saw at the dealership, I spotted this one at the Trafford Centre. I love the colour combination as well! As a reminder from my last post on this car, the Avio serie is limited to only 250 cars and is inspired by fighter jets. The Huracan has a 5.2 V10 which produces 602bhp. 0-62 takes 3.2 seconds and the top speed is 201mph or 323km/h.

Ferrari 348 Spider 1994

An older Ferrari today with the 348 Spider from 1994. The 348 has the 3.4 V8 which produces 320bhp. 0-62 takes 5.4 seconds and the top speed is 174mph or 280km/h. This one was parked outside Altrincham Market a few weeks ago.

Peugeot 206 RC 2003

An ageing hot-hatch today with this Peugeot 206 RC (Gti in the UK) spotted in Jarnac in France a few months ago. The 206 has a naturally aspirated 2.0 straight 4 with 175bhp. The 0-62 takes 7.4 seconds and the top speed is 137mph or 220km/h. Nothing crazy but I still find this car pretty cool!

McLaren 720S 2017

I saw pictures and videos of this car, but seeing it in person yesterday was something different. The brand new McLaren 720S is an absolutely stunning car! Engine-wise, it has a 4.0 twin-turbo V8 which produces 710bhp and so many aero features. The performance of the car is mind-blowing with a 0-62 covered in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 212mph or 341km/h. Awesome!

Porsche Boxster Spyder 2016

 

Not the most usual Boxster today with the Spyder version of the 981. The Spyder is the equivalent of the Cayman GT4 and therefore shares its 3.8 flat-6 (also found in the 911 Carrera S). This gives the Boxster 371bhp, a 0-62 in 4.5 seconds and a top speed of 180mph or 290km/h.

Volkswagen Golf Clubsport 2016

After a while without posting, here is a limited edition VW Golf, the Clubsport. Like with the GTi and the R, it has a 2.0 Turbo 4 cylinder engine but this time with 306bhp, which makes the Clubsport the most powerful Golf ever released! Performance-wise, you get a 0-62mph in 5.8 seconds and a top speed of 165mph or 265km/h. Not bad for a Gold! Oh, and by the way, don't expect to fit 4 people in the car as there are no back seats, they have been removed to save weight!

Ford Mustang 2017

Some American muscles today even if it isn't really the full package. What we have here is the 2.3 litre, 4 cylinder eco-boost engine with 313bhp instead of the 5.0 V8 and its 415bhp. 0-62 takes 5.8 seconds at the top speed for this "eco-boost" is 145mph or 233km/h. It is also the first time the Mustang is available in right-hand drive.
