Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe 2016

Back to Mercedes today with the S63 AMG Coupe. A bit of a rival for other GTs such as the Bentley Continental GT. It is powered by a 5.5 twin-turbo V8 with 577bhp. 0-62 takes 4.2 seconds and the top speed limited to 155mph or 250 km/h as usual. The engine has been upgraded since on the new S63, swapping the 5.5 for a 4.0 V8 which now produces 604bhp.

Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta 2016

A great spec' today for this Ferrari 458 Speciale Aperta. I love the white with the black accents! The Speciale has the 4.5 V8 engine with 562bhp. 0-62 takes about 3.0 seconds and the top speed is 199 mph or 320 km/h.

Bentley Bentayga 2017

A Bentley Bentayga today, spotted in Wilmslow, the local playground for expensive SUVs! This particular one has the 4.0 twin-turbo V8 diesel which produces 429bhp. 0-62 takes 4.8 seconds and the top speed is 168mph or 270km/h. It would definitely not be my thing...!

Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio 2016

Second Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio on the blog. Unlike the previous one I saw at the dealership, I spotted this one at the Trafford Centre. I love the colour combination as well! As a reminder from my last post on this car, the Avio serie is limited to only 250 cars and is inspired by fighter jets. The Huracan has a 5.2 V10 which produces 602bhp. 0-62 takes 3.2 seconds and the top speed is 201mph or 323km/h.

Ferrari 348 Spider 1994

An older Ferrari today with the 348 Spider from 1994. The 348 has the 3.4 V8 which produces 320bhp. 0-62 takes 5.4 seconds and the top speed is 174mph or 280km/h. This one was parked outside Altrincham Market a few weeks ago.

Peugeot 206 RC 2003

An ageing hot-hatch today with this Peugeot 206 RC (Gti in the UK) spotted in Jarnac in France a few months ago. The 206 has a naturally aspirated 2.0 straight 4 with 175bhp. The 0-62 takes 7.4 seconds and the top speed is 137mph or 220km/h. Nothing crazy but I still find this car pretty cool!

McLaren 720S 2017

I saw pictures and videos of this car, but seeing it in person yesterday was something different. The brand new McLaren 720S is an absolutely stunning car! Engine-wise, it has a 4.0 twin-turbo V8 which produces 710bhp and so many aero features. The performance of the car is mind-blowing with a 0-62 covered in 2.9 seconds and a top speed of 212mph or 341km/h. Awesome!
